At Flora and Decor we take great care in packing every order. However if something goes wrong we are here to help.
✅ We accept returns if:
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is significantly different from the product description
❌ We do not accept returns if:
- Item was damaged after delivery
- Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- Item has been used or altered

- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Send clear photos of the damaged/wrong item to our WhatsApp
- We will review and respond within 24 hours
- Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded within 3-5 business days
